Okay, okay.

So, It has been a while since my last post, but really, not much has happened since my last update. I have taken a couple of pictures with my cell phone, so I am going to post those... and give some mini-updates in the process!

Photobucket
Scarlett's favorite game for the past 2 months I'd say, is Pirates. She used to wander around all the time and say, "Pirate, ARRRR" but now, she comes carrying a sword for her and a sword for you, and then as you fence, she goes, "AR AR AR AR AR!" in a high pitched tone, which sounds much more like a Chihuahua than a Pirate, but needless to say, it's adorable.

Joe is doing good. Doesn't he look totally hot in this picture ?? he looked even hotter in person this day... and isn't that an excellent haircut?? I did it myself, I have mad skills.. He has been keeping very busy between work and endless phonecalls, it seems like he never TRULY gets a day off. I am hoping that the remainder of this week will be less busy, as he worked ALL DAY Sunday and Monday. Monday he didn't even get home until 11:30. Now, an hour later, he is already sound asleep on the couch. ::sighs::

Scarlett is doing really well. People ask me all the time how she is adapting to the changes and move, and Honestly, I think this picture speaks for itself.. she looks pretty happy, don't you think? Normally, I don't just let my child wander around in a diaper, but this was actually just moments after I had changed her, and she was enjoying the brief reprieve from pants. She has had pretty bad diaper rash the past two days, anyone know any great remedy for that, it is pretty sad! Thanks, Grandma Rita Rawlins for the red rocking chair, and the yellow headband in her hair.

As for me, the move has been bittersweet. Easter was hard for me, I willingly admit. I hate the feeling that I am missing out on something. As for the day-to-day, I need to get out there and be more social, make some friends, or at least make the effort to attend a ward, but that is easier said than done for me. I am not an early riser, nor am I the most well behaved person, so I have a hard time feeling like church is the place for me, but I am trying to find a better attitude on the subject. I would really like to find some good young girls who want to babysit my adorable 2 year old for less than $15/hr though, because that is just ridiculous to me...

We did take turns seeing a movie a week or so back, but I got lost, which made my experience a bit less fun. Hopefully next time I won't get lost. Lots of good movies look to be coming out soon, so I am excited about that, maybe I will get to see one. :)

Great update, Molly. Honest comments and cute pictures. Proud that Joe is giving work his all, and I too hope that the demands will get regulated so he can also enjoy some down time. Scarlett looks wonderful! Looking forward to your blog updates, as I know everyone is. Love, Mom

I'm glad for the update. I know the missing out feeling---I feel it all the time. I hope you can find a solution that works...people deserve to be happy, you know?

Love all the pics glad to see Scarlett is so happy. I know it is rough out there on your own with your family. Think Adventure, Adventure. I think you should just buckle down and find a ward that starts at 1pm. At least get connected to a ward and get some visiting teachers that is a start for social networking. ALso maybe you can find some mommy forums and meet some stay at home moms.

Make a plan with Deena, She really is a sweetheart.

Hang in there Girlie. Do your updates. Even if you have to search some new blogs for some content ideas to shake things up. You will have fun stimulating your brain!

Miss you tons!

nice update. We miss you guys. Everyone looks like they are doing good though. It will take some time I'm sure to get the hang of things there. Doing Things that you are familiear with over there will help, for example, the ward thing, movies, the mall, sight seeing and the such. You should load up scarlett, buy a good map and drive to the beach. Sounds like fun! Love you and miss you.

If I were there I'd babysit her for like 3 bucks an hour!
You do have mad hair cutting skills!
