long awaited, i know

So I just dropped my husband off, and he is going to be gone until mid-Wednesday. He’s going to Vegas for some conference for Broadcasting, or something like that, it’s “THE” video conference of the year… so he is really excited to go, and I’m not so thrilled with him leaving nor taking care of Scarlett on my own for the next few days, but as a parting gift, yesterday he cleaned my living room while Scarlett and I took a nap. It is so nice to have a clean living space. Plus now I’m more likely to have people over, and have a better time while he’s gone. So if you wanna come hang out, or invite us to dinner, feel free!

I am sorry it has been so long since I last posted. I am actually writing this while not connected to the Internet, and figure I can paste it in when it decides to grace me with its presence. I finally got Scarlett’s pictures professionally taken, and I have to say that the experience was an utter NIGHTMARE! Due to the fact that Scarlett did not like the lady taking her picture, thus complete un-cooperation, we only ended up with 2 shots to choose from, so I got a free 8x10 of one and had to pay nearly $20 to buy a sheet of 2 5x7’s of the other shot. I will try to see if I can put those pics on here. They told me it would cost like $70 to get a disc with just the two pics on it, what a freaking rip off. Oh well.

What else is new? We got a new 42” TV a little while back. We love it, and it makes it more fun to entertain and have a movie night. cant think of much else to say.

love you all, hope i can get the computer to let me check out some of your blogs today too. I should really think about going back to bed. haha.

Aside from the nightmare of getting pictures taken, they are very cute. I know she has a bigger smile in there somwhere but those pictures are just innocent. GL without Joe, it's no fun!

I think these pictures are adorable. Even if you couldn't get the ultimate pictures you had hoped... These are precious and you will always cherish them and remember when coaxing a child to smile on cue was a nightmare :)

You know what they say, if at first you dont succeed...
