A QUESTION

If you make a comment on someone's blog, and they DELETE it, do you think that is an obvious non-verbal cue, that they want you to stop following their blog? I try not to be a dense person.... but, I'm a little torn on this one.

Depends on the comment and the blog. Sometimes the comment is off topic. Sometimes the poster really didn't want comments on a particular posting and did not turn off comments and wants to keep it in a certain vein. It's always up to you if you want to follow or un-follow a blog. I can barely keep up with them all (LOL)

hmm... ya good question... I never go back to my comments so mabye I have some being deleted that I don't know about. lol. I don't see why anyone wouldn't want comments though! Don't we all enjoy a little blog love?

I think it seems rude to delete a comment unless it was a hateful or vulgar comment on a family blog. Life is too short to waste following a blog of someone who so easily dismisses!!

I would say it was either a mistake that couldn't be undone or the person thought it wasn't appropriate. I can't fatham that someone would do that on purpose, that would be too rude!

I think it depends on the blog entry, the person, the time, and all other situations and scenarios leading up to the time in which said comment was posted/deleted.

I think it's rude to delete someone's comment. If a person is that selective they should screen comments before they post. I would stop following them.

Call me curious, but I just can't help wondering who the guilty party is! :)

I think they should at least email you if there was a problem with what you wrote..(at least in there mind)...otherwise I feel that it was just rude....
